Policies & Procedures

• Rental Details

  -50% deposit required on 2 nights or longer bookings

  -all room rates are based on double occupancy
  -$10.00 per night charge for each additional guest
  -minimum 2 night stay required (some exceptions apply)
  -offseason midweek bookings discounts
  -suites must be cleaned of garbage, dishes, etc or an additional cleaning fee will be applied
  -all renters must be 21 years of age to book
  -Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash

• Check-in / Check-out Procedures

  -office hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily
  -office is located at The Mackenzie Suites 834 Waskesiu Drive

  -check in time at The Mackenzie Suites is 4:00 PM

  -check in time at The Wharf Suites is 4:00 PM
  -check in time for Cedar Village Cottages is 5:00 PM

  -late arrivals please make arrangements to check in after 6:00 PM

• Cancellation Policy

  -30 days or more from date of arrival we refund  the deposit less a $50.00 administration fee

  -under 30 days from date of arrival no refunds and you  are charged for all the nights you have booked

  -you are refunded for any nights rebooked less $50.00

• Pet Policy

  Mackenzie Suites
  -small non shedding dogs
  -dogs are not allowed to be left alone inside units in consideration of other guests.
  -prior notice required
  -$20.00 per day per pet

  The Wharf Suites
  -no pets allowed

  Cedar Village Cottages
  -no pets allowed

• Quiet Time

  -11:00 PM to 7:00 AM everyday
  -we want everyone to have a wonderful stay and a great time
  but please respect our other guests and their right to quiet.

• No smoking in all suites and cottages
